I work in two languages — English and Arabic — and I close roughly the same way in both: by telling you what's actually happening in the deal, including the parts the other side would prefer you didn't notice. That sounds obvious. It isn't. Most agents are trained to keep you happy. I'm trained to keep you informed.
The job, to me, is two things: read the room before the other side does, and protect you from the moves you don't see coming. Negotiation isn't a personality trait — it's a sequence of decisions made under pressure. Most of those decisions get made before anyone writes an offer.

- Plain answers to questions other agents hedge on. Including the one about whether to walk.
- A CMA that explains its math, not a one-page screenshot from the MLS.
- Negotiation strategy you can repeat back to me. If I can't explain it clearly, the plan is bad.
