This site (yazansalem.com) is operated by Yazan Salem, a licensed REALTOR® with Keller Williams MKE in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly through forms on this site — typically your name, email address, phone number, and any message or property details you include. For home valuation requests, that also includes the property address you're asking about.

We also collect basic, non-identifying analytics about how visitors use the site — pages viewed, browser type, approximate region. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral retargeting cookies.

How we use it

Information you submit through any form goes into our CRM (Follow Up Boss) so we can:

• Respond to your inquiry directly.
• Send the resource you requested (buyer's guide, county brochure, CMA, etc.).
• Follow up about your buying or selling timeline.
• Add you to our monthly newsletter — only if you signed up for it.

Who we share it with

Your information is shared with:

• Keller Williams MKE, our brokerage.
• Follow Up Boss, our CRM, under their privacy policy.
• Our email service provider, for newsletter and drip delivery.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third-party advertisers or marketers.

Your choices

At any time, you can:

• Unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in any email we send.
• Ask us to delete the information we have about you by emailing yazansalem@kw.com.
• Request a copy of what we have on file by emailing the same address.

Cookies

We use the minimum cookies needed for site functionality and basic analytics. We do not use cookies for ad targeting or third-party tracking.
